LUMINIS
The name Luminis is derived from Latin, evoking light, clarity, and brilliance—qualities that are reflected in both the sound and character of this instrument.
The concept behind the Luminis was inspired by the timeless trumpet sound that has defined generations of musicians. Rather than recreating a particular instrument, our goal was to capture the essence of that traditional trumpet voice and elevate it through thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and refinement.
The result is a trumpet that combines a rich tonal core with remarkable clarity, projection, and responsiveness. From the very first prototypes, the instrument displayed an exceptional balance between brilliance and warmth. Extensive development followed, with careful attention given to every detail—from bracing design and placement to weight distribution and resonance control—to shape its final character.
The Luminis feels familiar yet distinctive. It offers the versatility demanded by modern performers while preserving the depth, focus, and expressive qualities that have made the trumpet one of the most iconic voices in music.
Whether on stage, in the orchestra, in a brass ensemble, or as a solo instrument, the Luminis delivers confidence, flexibility, and a commanding presence.
